This underground car park in University City is located in the Moncloa neighbourhood, at Av. Complutense, 14. It is part of the park-and-ride network known as Aparca+T.
It has 1,498 parking spaces, with an additional 1,144 recently added. Parking is free if you exceed a certain number of hours, or is offered at a discount for users who hold a public transport pass.
The car park has direct access to the Ciudad Universitaria metro station in Madrid from the second level. Its parking spaces are spacious and well-lit, and it also has public restrooms and elevators.
These car parks help reduce traffic congestion in the capital coming from the A-6 motorway by encouraging the use of the metro and city buses.
The aim is for this network of car parks to continue growing, with more than 50,000 spaces in towns such as Valdemoro, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Getafe and Fuenlabrada.
