The Serrano car park, known as Serranopark, is a public underground parking facility located in the center of Madrid. It has 3,297 spaces for residents and short-term public parking. Its area extends from Plaza de la Independencia to Hermanos Bécquer Street.

It is made up of three car parks:

Serranopark-I: Serrano-Juan Bravo Car Park.
It is located between Hermanos Bécquer Street and Marqués de Villamejor Street. Its entrances and exits are on Hermanos Bécquer and Juan Bravo, while pedestrian access points open onto Serrano Street. It consists of four levels: one for short-term parking and three for residents.

Serranopark-II: Serrano-Ortega Car Park.
It is located between Hermosilla and Ortega y Gasset Streets. The entrances are on Marqués de Villamagna and Hermosilla to access level -1, and on Ortega y Gasset to reach level -2. Pedestrian exits are in the most commercial section of Serrano Street. One and a half levels are dedicated to short-term parking, and the remaining spaces are for residents.

Serranopark-III: Serrano-Retiro Car Park.
It is located at the entrance of Retiro Park, between Puerta de Alcalá and Jorge Juan Street. It consists of four levels, one for short-term parking and three for residents. The vehicle entrances are on Jorge Juan, near Plaza de Colón, and another at Alcalá 73. Vehicle exits are on Salustiano Olózaga, Jorge Juan, Serrano, or toward Castellana. Pedestrian exits are on Serrano Street.

All facilities are equipped with the latest technology to ensure the safety of both vehicles and users, including: centralized facility control, on-site surveillance and 24-hour video monitoring, license plate recognition, guidance system, energy efficiency system, designated spaces for people with disabilities, electric vehicle charging stations, and VIA-T payment system.

These centrally located designer car parks have continued to rely on Durán Electrónica, replacing the existing EUROSONDELCO control panels and EURODETECTORS with the DURGAS system using DURPARK RS485 detectors, all designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica.
