Available gases: methane-natural gas, butane-propane, hydrogen, heptane, hexane, pentane, methanol, styrene, ethane, ethanol, ethylene, propylene, acetone, ammonia, ciclohexane, ciclopentane, dioxane, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetic acid, isobutyl alcohol, Isopropyl alcohol, decane, benzene, octane, methyl ethyl ketone, -butanone-, nonane, propanol, toluene and xylene. For other gases please enquire about availability. A special version for detection of ACETYLENE is also manufactured.
DURTEX X HC PRO is an exproof detector using catalytic technology for the detection of explosive gases. It has been designed for use in environments in which the formation of explosive atmospheres because of gases or vapours is probable, ensuring a high level of protection (Group II of instruments – Category 2 of the ATEX Directive). A version of the detector is available, also ATEX certified, with a high level of protection and intended for use also in atmospheres of explosive dust. It is certified according to the European ATEX Directive LOM08ATEX2059 X.
Detection range from 0 to 100% L.E.L.
Optical indications for loop and sensor faults.
Optional programmable relay output module: 1 programmable alarm level, instant/delayed disconnection, programming of disconnection delay and initial relay idle state.
Low consumption (38mA to 24V) that allows installing more detectors and a longer loop length without needing additional power supply.
Wide power range (10V at 30V DC).
Detector includes sintered filter (DURTEX HC PRO).
Calibrated at factory using pattern gas. Do not need to be recalibrated at installation.
