The Conference Centre and Auditorium of Navarra, also known by the name Baluarte, was finished in 2003. It is one of the largest spaces in Spain dedicated to hosting all kinds of cultural and business events. It has a total surface of 63,000 m2 and had a cost of 77 million Euros.
Baluarte includes a symphonic hall with a capacity of 1,568 people, another chamber hall for 444 people, as well as exhibition and conference rooms, dressing rooms, restaurant, etc.
This great space includes two underground parking levels with a capacity of 900 vehicles. It is open 24 hours a day and has a direct access to Baluarte Square through a stairway or a lift. Access by car is through its neighbouring streets, Yanguas st., Miranda st. and Avenida del Ejército.
This car park has recently been updated and its DURAN 203 PLUS system for carbon monoxide detection has been changed for the new DURPARK system, with both systems being designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica.
