The Buyaka complex, built in Istanbul’s Asian side, with a budget of 300 million dollars, is one of the capital’s most ambitious projects.
The complex is divided into three main areas; a commercial center – Buyaka shopping center- over a surface of 106.000m2 and with 135 shopping premises, an office building with a surface covering 21.000m2 and residential towers with 380 apartments, with a gigantic sport center – Marte Athletic Club – including spas, indoor swimming pool and artificial ski slope.
